The Work4Eli Story
In 2005, Jonathan Kendrick founded Digital Technology Partners (DTP). That same year, his life took a profound turn with the birth of his son Elijah, who was born with Down Syndrome and Autism. Elijah’s journey inspired Jonathan to create a more inclusive workplace and address the urgent need for responsible e-waste management. Thus, Work4Eli was born – an e-waste division of DTP dedicated to empowering individuals often overlooked in the workforce.
Our Team
We currently employ 25 dedicated individuals with disabilities, focusing on responsible recycling and secure data destruction. We pride ourselves in creating a supportive, inclusive working environment for all of our employees.
